Learn from the best

Big Sky is excited to welcome Gary Borger, recently named one of the “Top Seven Most Influential Anglers” in fly fishing through the last 50 years. He is one of the world’s foremost fly fishing educators. Gary has been a fly fisher since 1955 and has taught classes and lectured internationally on all aspects of fly fishing for trout and salmon since 1972. A free-lance writer and photographer, Gary is also a Contributing Editor for Fly Fisherman Magazine, and Editor at Large for the Virtual Fly Shop. Gary pioneered fly fishing video instruction with the release of Nymphing in 1982. He has produced over 20 additional videos and written ten best-selling books on fly fishing. He is currently working with his son, Jason, on the twenty book series entitled “Fly Fishing.”

You will have a great time of instruction and hands-on learning from a master fly fisher. We will gather at Buck’s T-4 Lodge on the banks of Montana’s beautiful Gallatin River.
